Albert (A.A.) Moore

Albert is the last addition to the GSC staff, joining in February 1, 2010.

Moore joined the GSC Office after a three-year stint at Stillman College where he served as the Assistant Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations and was interim Sports Information Director.  He has also served as a freelance writer for the Montgomery Advisor and Tuscaloosa News since 2006.

While at Stillman, Moore produced promotional publications and press releases, managed press conferences and athletic events, recorded statistics for 12 athletic programs and developed marketing strategies for the college.

Prior to his stint at Stillman, Moore was the Sports Information Director at his alma mater, Alabama State University, from 2003-2006.  His day-to-day duties at ASU included producing media guides, game notes and programs, compiling statistics for 18 men's and women's programs and maintaining the University's website.

Moore brough a significant amount of broadcasting experience with him to the GSC.  Most recently he hosted the "Inside Stillman" radio show and served as play-by-play announcer for football broadcasts.  While at ASU from 2001-05, Moore hosted the The Hornet Sports Buzz, a one-hour promotional call-in radio show, served on the broadcasting team for men's and women's basketball and football and packaged live lead-ins for game day radio spots.

Moore's primary responsibilities include serving as the GSC's primary media contact for volleyball, women's basketball and softball.
