The GSC placed two teams in the Pre-Season edition of the 2009 USTFCCCA Top 25 Rankings.

Four-time defending champion Harding led the way at No. 19, which was one spot ahead of league rival Alabama-Huntsville which came in at No. 20. 

HU starts the season tomorrow at the Arkansas Tech Twilight Run, while UAH hosts the Harry Denson Memorial meet on September 5th.  The complete poll is listed below.
