GSC Refund Policy
The Gulf South Conference will exchange any brand new (never worn or used) item within 30 days of the sale date, provided that item is available in the requested style, size and color. Shipping costs to return the item are the responsibility of the buyer.
If the item sought is not available, we will make every reasonable attempt to order it; however, if it is no longer available, the buyer will receive a credit in the amount of the value of the original purchase price.
Refunds are only offered within 10 days of the purchase date and only when the customer has contacted us at andrea@highspd.net to obtain a refund form. The item must be received at the GSC in brand new (unused or unworn) condition in its original packaging where applicable. The original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund price.
